Before making tofu, first prepare the ingredients that will make delicious tofu. Simple ingredients include soybeans, vinegar and mineral water, it's easy to make your own tofu.

The first step is to put the soybeans into the container, wash the soybeans thoroughly. Then, the soybeans are soaked for 8 hours or more or less overnight. If it has been soaked overnight, then the beans are kneaded so that the soybean epidermis is released.
