1. Prepare the materials needed

- 500 grams of chicken meat
- 300 ml full cream liquid milk
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of lemon water
- 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
Dry Ingredients:
- 200 grams of instant fried chicken flour
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
Sauce Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 3 spoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
2. Wash the chicken and prepare the marinade

After that, prepare another container and mix 300 ml of liquid milk, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Next, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of chili sauce into the container, then stir again. Put the chicken meat into the container, then stir and flatten the mixture. Make sure the chicken is completely submerged, OK? Then, cover with plastic and let stand for 1 hour until the spices are completely absorbed.

Immediately stir and flatten the dough using a whisk.
After that, add 1 teaspoon of salt, ground pepper and broth powder each. Stir again until all the spices are evenly mixed.
If so, immediately take the marinated chicken, then put it in the dry ingredients until the chicken is evenly distributed. Dip it back into the marinade, then add it to the dry ingredients one last time while gently pinching it.
4. Fry the chicken, then prepare the honey sauce

When it is golden yellow, remove the fried chicken and drain. Fry the drained chicken one more time until cooked and browned. Do it all the way through and set it aside.
Next, prepare Teflon and add 3 tablespoons of margarine, then stir until melted. Add 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili powder. Cook briefly until all the ingredients are well blended over low heat.
5. Spicy honey chicken is ready to be served
