2. Make cookie dough

Prepare a clean bowl. Then, add cold unsalted butter with a soft texture. Pour in sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir briefly, and don't let it expand.

Remove the dough from the freezer, then cut the dough according to the mold. Bake cookies at 160 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes. When it is cooked, the cookies will be brown.
