  • 2 medium size potatoes
  • ¼ tsp salt

2. Cook the potatoes until soft and mash

The first step, prepare 2 medium-sized potatoes and cook until the texture is soft. You can use the boiling or roasting method and cook until the meat actually turns soft.

After that, peel the cooked potato skin and transfer it to a clean container. Use a pounder or spoon, then mash the potatoes until there are no lumps or they are still hard.

3. Add other ingredients and mix well

Next, break 1 egg and insert it into the center of the mashed potato mixture. Then mix using a fork or spoon until completely even.
