- 200 ml of water
- 60 ml plain sweet condensed
- 1.5 tsp or 5 grams of powdered gelatin
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor

- 50 grams of brown sugar
- 50 grams of sugar

2. Prepare gelatin as a food gel maker

The way to prepare gelatin is to put powdered gelatin in a bowl. Then, mix gelatin with 1-2 tablespoons of cold water. Wait for some time until the texture of the gelatin turns into a gel. The gel is ready to use.

Turn off the heat, then add the gelatin. Next, stir until evenly distributed and strain. Pour the mixture into the container, then leave it at room temperature. After the dough has cooled, put it in the fridge until it's stiffer (set), about 3 hours.
4. Make a thick brown sugar sauce

Pour the remaining water and brown sugar into a saucepan. Stir and cook until the sauce dissolves. After that, strain the sauce using a cooking strainer so that there are no lumps.
5. Add toppings according to taste
