  • 450 grams of fresh shrimp
  • 3 sticks of green onions

Peel the prawns from the shell and head. Wash clean then finely chopped. Put it in or a clean container, add egg whites, sesame oil, mushroom stock, and sugar. Stir until evenly distributed.

Next, thinly slice the green onions. Take the garlic and large red chilies that have been removed, finely chopped. Add it to the shrimp mixture. Stir again until the dough is finished.
