Sate kere is a typical Solo culinary that we usually encounter on the sides of the road when visiting the city. Sate kere, originally made from tempe gembus, has evolved over time.

1. Materials and seasonings needed

- 50 grams of gravel
- 50 grams of beef
- 50 grams of beef offal
- 3 boards of loose tempeh
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml of water
Ground spices:
- 10 grains of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tsp ground beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
Peanut sauce :
- 100 gr of peanuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 bird's eye chilies
- 2 curly red chilies
- 3 pieces of lime leaves
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp flavoring
- enough water
Complementary:
- To taste lontong
- To taste sweet soy sauce
2. Make the seasoning first

Pour the ground peanut sauce into the pan. Sauté, then add lime leaves and brown sugar. Also add soy sauce, salt and seasoning. Stir and cook until boiling.
3. Boil gravel, meat, and beef offal

Sprinkle with salt and then put it on the stove. Turn on the stove and boil until the water boils and the meat is tender. Lift and drain.
4. Burn the kere satay

Take one piece each, insert it into the skewer. Repeat until finished! Next, prepare the grill and coals. Arrange the satay on top and then burn it while turning it over and fanning it so it doesn't burn. Remove and let cool.
5. Serve the satay kere
