1. Materials needed

- 10 pieces of chicken liver and gizzard
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 kaffir lime leaves, bones removed
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, bruised
- 1 galangal segment, bruised
- 1 segment of ginger, bruised
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp mushroom stock
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- Warm water to taste
- Right amount of oil
- 6 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 candlenuts
- 1 segment of turmeric
2. Clean and boil the gizzard liver for a while

Next, boil the water in a saucepan and add the liver gizzard that has been washed clean earlier. Boil the chicken gizzards for some time, it doesn't take too long until the gizzards start to cook a little and become soft. Lift and drain.
3. Blend and stir-fry ground spices

You can also use a pestle to grind spices if you don't have a food processor or blender at home. After that, set aside the ground spices for a while.

4. Cook the gizzard liver until cooked and the spices are completely absorbed

Then add the liver and chicken gizzard that have been boiled earlier, stir briefly until well mixed with the spices. Pour enough warm water, cook for a while then add seasonings such as sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and mushroom broth. Stir well.
5. Correct the taste then remove and serve
