  • 2 large heads of cauliflower
  • 2 pieces of beef sausage, cut into small cubes
  • 200 grams of chicken filet, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of cheese powder
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 50 grams of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
  • 500 ml white UHT milk
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • oregano powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ground pepper to taste
  • powder broth to taste
  • enough butter
  • enough ice water

How to make grilled cheese cauliflower:

  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces, then soak briefly in salt water. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, then blanch the cauliflower for 2-3 minutes. Remove and soak the cauliflower in cold water for a while. Drain.
  3. Heat Butter. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
