Mihun or vermicelli, which are thin white noodles from China, are familiar to Indonesians. Usually, this food is processed as a mixture of meatballs or fried noodles.
But if you visit Samarinda, vermicelli is a breakfast menu, you know. Often cooked by frying, see, come on, the following fried noodle recipe!
1. Prepare the necessary materials

- 500 grams of vermicelli
- 10 shallots
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 knuckle ginger
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon mushroom stock
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 boiled egg
- Fried onions to taste
- Sauce according to taste
- 100 ml of water
2. Soak the vermicelli first

Apart from that, also slice onions, celery leaves, and boiled eggs. After 10 minutes have passed, discard the water used for soaking and drain the vermicelli until there is no water left.
3. Blend the spices and stir-fry until cooked

After the oil is hot, add these ground spices and stir-fry until cooked. Keep stirring so that the spices don't burn.
4. Add vermicelli, water, and the rest of the ingredients

Then, add water, salt, mushroom broth, ground pepper, and ground nutmeg. Stir and leave briefly to boil.
When it's boiling, add the vermicelli. Cook while continuing to stir until the gravy shrinks because it is absorbed by the vermicelli.
5. Finally, the typical Samarinda fried noodle is ready to be served
