1. Materials that need to be prepared

Material B:
- 3 yolks

- 1 pandan sheet
- 150 grams of powdered sugar
- 150 ml of water
- 1 tsp pandan paste
- 20 grams of margarine
2. Mix ingredients A and B

Pour in ingredient B gradually little by little. Stir until the dough comes together. Make sure there are no lumps left in the dough.
3. Cook the coconut unti for the filling

Then, boil water, sugar and pandan paste until it boils. Enter the grated coconut that has been steamed into it. Cook until the water shrinks. Then, turn off the fire.
4. Proofing the dough until it expands

Roll the dough together and place it in a bowl. Cover with a cloth and let rise 2 times for 45 minutes.
5. Fill with filling and bake in the oven

Arrange the bread dough in the pan. Then, cover and let it rise. While waiting, preheat the oven to 200°C.
If the dough has risen, brush the surface with liquid milk. Sprinkle messes on top for topping. Then, bake until cooked according to each oven.
