  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 ginger segments, thinly sliced
  • 2 segments of galangal, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks of lemongrass, sliced ​​obliquely
  • 6 pieces of lime leaves
  • 2 sticks of lemon grass, crushed
  • 1.5 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3.5 tsp fish sauce
  • coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
  • salt to taste

How to make:

  1. Marinate fish with salt, let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the steamer, place the fish on a plate.
  3. Add galangal, ginger and lime leaves.
  4. Marinate fish with lime juice, then steam for 10 minutes.
