Ingredients and how to make instant noodle lasagna

- 3 packs of instant fried noodles
- 100 grams of smoked beef, thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes
- 3 pieces of beef sausage, roughly chopped
- 1 cup button mushrooms, cut into small pieces
- 100 grams of bolognese sauce
- 1 tsp oregano powder
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of quick melt cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp broth powder
- water to boil instant noodles
- oil for frying
How to make:
- Cook instant fried noodles until cooked, then drain.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them. set aside.
- Heat the oil, then sauté the onions until fragrant
- Add the bolognese sauce, then pepper and salt. Stir well.
- Add a little water, stir again until smooth.
- Add evaporated milk, then stir until it boils.
- Add cornstarch, stir until thickened.
- Add smoked beef, tomatoes, sausages and mushrooms, cook until cooked.
- Add the oregano, broth and chili powder.
- After the sauce is cooked, add grated quick melt cheddar cheese.
- Let the cheese melt, mix well with the sauce.
- Prepare Teflon, spread with butter or use aluminum foil.
- Make several layers with the order of fried noodles, potatoes, bolognese sauce.
- Do the same way all out.
- Especially for the top layer, add two eggs without beating, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Add chili powder, additional pieces of parsley.
- Steam for 10 minutes, don't forget to cover the steamer with a dry cloth or cloth.
- Instant noodle lasagna is ready to be served.

- Use lasagna sheets or instant pasta.
