Beef seasoning is one of the delicious beef preparations typical of East Java. This menu is often served at certain events such as weddings, thanksgiving, and other similar big events.

- 1 teaspoon mushroom stock
- 12 shallots
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 5 grains of hazelnut
- 1/2 tablespoon whole cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon whole pepper
- 2 knuckles galangal
- 1 knuckle ginger
- 1 knuckle turmeric
- 500 ml of water
2. Slice the beef first

Meanwhile, crush the lemongrass until it is flattened. Don't forget, remove the midbone of the lime leaves and take only the leaves.
3. Blend the spices and mix with the beef
