1. Materials and seasonings needed

- 4 pieces of chicken liver
- 1 lime
- 6 shallots, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 6 bird's eye chilies, sliced obliquely
- 2 curly chilies, sliced oblique
- 1 large green chili, sliced oblique
- 1 petai board, take the seeds
- 1/2 tsp flavoring
- 1 tablespoon tyre sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

2. Boil the chicken liver but don't let it crumble

Next, heat enough water in a saucepan to boil. Boil liver gizzard for 3-5 minutes until tender but don't break it. Then, immediately remove and drain, then cut into cubes. Set aside liver gizzard into the container.
3. Sauté the spices with the petai
